  • Children aged 1 -11 years stay free of charge with parents in existing bed, but breakfast will incur an additional charge based on consumption and menu prices.

  • The number of extra beds allowed depends on the option you choose. Please check your selected option for more information.
  • All extra beds are subject to availability.

EARLY CHECK-IN and LATE CHECK-OUT: 

Early check-in and late check-out will be subjected to room availability. Late check-out up to 6pm is subject to 50% rooms charge. Full rate will be charged for late check-out after 6pm.

Booking cancellation

Once a reservation is confirmed, please notify us by email or phone call of any cancellation or modification of the booking to avoid the penalty fee. 

You can cancel your reservation for free until 3 days before arrival. If you cancel within 3 days of arrival, the cancellation fee will be the total price of the reservation. If you don't show up, the no-show fee will be the same as the cancellation fee.
